Celebrating 50 years of collecting heritage

The Beckoning Hills Museum in Boissevain held their 50th anniversary celebration on Sunday, May 21.

Cake and refreshments were served while visitors enjoyed browsing through the many different artifacts the museum has collected over the past five decades.

The museum is located on Highway #10 in Boissevain and is open 1-5 pm daily May through September.

Volunteer Doug McCallum, Gordon Barwick, who was a museum volunteer for 13 years, and Ed Vandenberghe chat about one of the many displays the museum has.

Mike Patterson of Winnipeg returns to his hometown roots and stops by for a visit at the local museum, with his parents Ken and Darlene Patterson.
